Slovak compositional music inspired by folk music connect
Peter Beladič (classical guitar) and Elena Lukešová (concert flute). They created a duo Triganu and decided to spread slovak
compositions through musical instruments, classical guitar and concert flute. Their repertoire
consists mostly of compositions by Tibor Andrašovan, Igor Bázlik, Ján Cikker, Hanuš
Domanský and Igor Dibák in the arrangement of Peter Beladič.
Great benefit and encouragement were meetings with authors Mr. Dibák, Mr. Domanský and Mr. Bázlik and their remarks and valauble advice to the arrangements.
Every nation should by proud off its traditions. Duo Triganu would like to spread our heritage on classical concert stages.

Quotes:
"The more I get to know the richness and beauty of our folk art, the
more I admire my native land."
“It saddens me that…it is starting to get lost
and earesed, everything that was created by our forefathers, step by step, irrecoverably disappearing with every old man and woman.”
